Wedding!

Yeah! Ashley are Mark tied the knot this past weekend. The two lovebirds met at a Bible study where both were guests of other friends. The Lord works in mysterious ways! The wedding was very beautiful, and Ashley looked radiant in her dress. The wedding was held at Peace Lutheran in Hurst with the reception at a country club not far away. A big congratulations goes out to Ashley and Mark. May God bless your marriage and strengthen your love for one another every day. Congrats!

May First-Sunday Lunch

Every first Sunday of the month we go to lunch after church. This month we headed to Big Shucks Oyster Bar on Mockingbird. Rachel had the most interesting meal -- boiled crawfish! We sat outside next to the boil pot and the live crawfish. The crawfish kept attempting an escape, and Mark helped one nearly succeed -- he dropped it into the trash! Woops! Good Lutheran guilt got the best of him and he put it back into the container. Don't worry, no germs. Remember, they're boiled! We had a fun and yummy lunch. We'll have to go back there again.
